Led end-to-end production of illy Takes Manhattan, a week-long, multi-location brand experience designed to immerse consumers in the illy lifestyle through premium, lifestyle-driven touchpoints.

The program included a flagship coffee bar at Hudson Yards, a private aperitivo event for top clients and partners, sunrise yoga at The Edge with Melissa Wood Health, and a satellite activation at Eataly—each engaging distinct audiences under a cohesive brand narrative.

Owned the full production lifecycle across all locations, including budget strategy, vendor management, and on-site execution. Built and led a team of 20+ staff, overseeing training, scheduling, and daily operations, while managing venue and client relationships.
