Led end-to-end production of International Delight’s Flavor Studios at Coachella, a vibrant, multi-sensory brand experience designed to drive product trial and reimagine coffee culture for a new generation of festival-goers.

The activation blended interactive sampling with immersive, content-first environments, inviting attendees to explore flavor through playful installations, digital touchpoints, including AI-powered creative activations that enabled real-time, personalized content generation for attendees.

Over 14K+ Samples were distributed over the course of the activation, with guests spending an average dwell time of 22 minutes in the experience. The highly sharable content garnered 409M impressions across socials across two weekends.

Owned the full production lifecycle, including budget strategy and reconciliation, vendor negotiation, and on-site execution, leading cross-functional teams to deliver a high-volume, culturally relevant festival activation at scale.
