Led event production and on-site operations for TIDAL’s multi-year presence at Made In America Festival, overseeing all experiential touchpoints across a high-volume, multi-day environment.
Developed and executed a full-scale festival footprint, including branded activation lounges, VIP viewing stages, artist hospitality spaces, and member engagement programs designed to drive both acquisition and loyalty.
Directed all on-site logistics and execution, including buildout, staffing, content capture, and day-to-day operations across multiple zones. Managed cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, high-energy experience for both general attendees and VIP audiences.
Integrated fan-facing programming such as meet-and-greets, giveaways, and “festival survival kits,” creating high-touch engagement moments that extended TIDAL’s brand presence across the festival.
